About Vipassana Goa
Vipassana Goa runs ten day courses in hired venues across the state since 1998. The current venue is a stand alone facility owned by a local temple trust and lies just outside the main temple complex and provides a facility for mixed gender courses catering to approximately fifty students.
Though just a few kilometres off the Panjim Belgaum highway (NH748), this complex is surrounded by lowlying green hills providing an oasis of quite and calm. The venue is easily accessible by road, being about 14 kms from the nearest railway station (Karmali) and 24 kms from Goa airport (Dabolim).
